6-Axis Cobot with Increased Payload for Versatile Automation
The UR7e is a collaborative 6-axis robot with a payload of 7.5 kg and a reach of 850 mm. With a repeatability of ±0.03 mm and a compact footprint of Ø 151 mm, it’s ideal for precise tasks in confined workspaces. Weighing 20.6 kg, the UR7e is IP54-rated and features 17 built-in safety functions compliant with PLd Category 3.
Control is provided via the intuitive Polyscope 5 or X software on a 12" touchscreen. The UR7e supports industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, ROS/ROS2, USB 2.0/3.0, Mini DisplayPort, and includes digital and analog I/Os. Tool communication is handled via an RS interface, with 12/24 V power supply.
Common applications include assembly, machine tending, palletizing, welding, material handling, inspection, and polishing. With its compact design and high payload, the UR7e integrates easily into existing production lines – ideal for companies looking to automate efficiently and future-proof their operations.
