Tunnel coating plant

The tunnel coating system for walls and ceilings mixes two components in the correct running ratio and coats the surfaces with ten high-pressure spraying guns. Due to the curved shape of the tunnel, the spray guns must be able to adjust and adapt to the tunnel curvature. By using the igus drylin single axles, the spray guns are supported and can also be adapted to the tunnel curvature in this way. The hose routing to the spray bar was also implemented with an igus energy chain.
