In the application, plastic components are gripped by the Delta robot, specifically sucked up and placed in a fixture in which the individual components are joined. The challenge in this application was the precise processing of the camera data. The robot has a pick cycle time of 1-2 seconds. The components are jogged randomly.

In this video, we present an advanced solution for the automated assembly of ball bearings in production. The setup of the gantry system and the integration of the Epson Scara are shown, as well as the operation of the rotary conveyor and the Variobotic shaker cameras for precise detection and positioning of the ball bearing components.
